Despite not playing on Saturday, Leicester City gained promotion to the EPL for the 2014/2015 season.
This happened as a result of the losses suffered by their two main rivals. 3rd place QPR lost 2-1 to Bournemouth while 4th place Derby lost 1-0 to Middlesbrough, thus ensuring a top-two finish for Leicester.
